Noodles, BBQ, Dumplings Focus Of New Westchester Eatery
Dishes pay tribute to Hong Kong cuisine and include noodles, barbecue, and dumplings at a stylish new restaurant opening in Westchester.
Goosefeather, set to open Tuesday, Sept. 3 at the Tarrytown House Estate on the Hudson by Chef Dale Talde of “Top Chef” and “Knife Fight” fame, will offer seasonal and modern Chinese fare.
Focused on the trifecta that comprises 90 percent of the fare in Hong Kong, the menu will feature a heavy hand on noodles, Cantonese barbecue, and dumplings.

Authentic Chinese and Cantonese food isn’t easy to find, but the chefs at Long Island Pekin, newly opened at 96 East Main Street in Babylon, have made it their mission to serve the best and most classic Peking duck and dumpling dishes.
